About Tina Allen Pleasants

While working for over 20 years in television and movie production, Tina is no stranger to the entertainment and housing industries. After landing a gig on a HBOMAX show in Miami, she and her family fell in love with Florida and decided to establish a home there where she quickly learned what the area has to offer. During her early career in the movie industry, a great deal of her job was to find living accommodations for both cast and crew. While working with celebrities and crew members for so many years, she understands the unique requirements and confidentiality each client and their family members demand. When she’s on hiatus from film production, she enjoys touring homes and interior decorating, which opened up a career in real estate.

As a Virginia native and a proud graduate from Virginia Union University where she earned a degree in Business Administration, Tina has used her education to propel herself from the corporate world to helping her husband start and operate a successful pest control and janitorial family-owned business. Although she wears multiple professional hats, she dedicates the same love and passion in everything she touches. After being an entrepreneur for over 21 years, her extensive clientele network is instrumental in developing great connections and gaining awareness of what consumers’ needs and desires are when it comes to finding the perfect dwelling.

 

Tina’s strong love and honor for God helps guide her to a clear understanding of how important it is to find the ideal property for her clients. Everyone’s home should be their sanctuary. Serving her clients by guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives is super exciting and extremely rewarding as she walks with them every step of the way.
