Kevin is a classically trained violinist who co-founded the group Black Violin, a genre-bending duo that fuses classical and hip-hop music. He was nominated for a 2021 Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album and was inducted into the Broward Education Foundation Hall of Fame in 2020 for his works with the Black Violin Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, that awards music students with grants and scholarships to further their education. Kevin has always had a creative and entrepreneurial spirit. Kevin’s first real estate experience was in college when he bought his first income property and rented out the rooms to his friends.
