Living and working in the Richmond area for more than twenty years, I have extensive knowledge of the city, its surrounding counties, and all it has to offer – great communities, awesome schools, a reasonable cost of living and tons of recreational activities and entertainment. Within my community, I am an active member of the National Association of Professional Women, a former board member for Communities in Schools (Chesterfield County) and an avid supporter of Susan G. Komen Foundation’s advocacy and awareness efforts. A few years ago, I decided to make a departure from the corporate environment to pursue a real estate career because it provides a sense of fulfillment and purpose. Real estate has opened the door as an opportunity for me to combine my entrepreneurial spirit with my love for architecture and design. But, most importantly, real estate supports my beliefs in contributing to the community by helping people and changing lives.
I am a consummate professional, compassionate, and a great listener, and I pride myself on fostering relationships. My client-focused approach to building my real estate business is paramount. I am able to strategically identify real estate opportunities that align with my client’s needs and then negotiate the deal to a “win-win” solution. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, empty nester, or investor, I understand that buying or selling is a big decision. I am committed to providing the guidance and advocacy necessary to effectively navigate the real estate transaction process.
